Role Description The Cased Hole (E-line) Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Alberta, Canada. This position is responsible for overseeing cased hole wireline operations, including job planning, execution, and post-job reporting to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include supervising field crews, coordinating equipment and resources, conducting pre-job safety meetings, and monitoring adherence to company procedures and client requirements. The supervisor will review job programs, verify tool configuration and readiness, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain accurate documentation and service quality records. The role also involves mentoring and training crew members, promoting a strong safety culture, communicating with clients on job progress, and supporting continuous improvement in operational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including crew leadership, job coordination, and decision-making under field conditions.
• Experience in quality control and quality assurance to ensure consistent, reliable, and compliant service delivery.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with team members, clients, and management, including clear reporting and job briefings.
• Ability to provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring to support skill development and safe work practices.
• Previous field experience in cased hole, E-line, or wireline operations in the oil and gas industry.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, with knowledge of applicable regulations, standards, and safe work procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in downhole operations and equipment performance.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in remote field locations and varying weather conditions.
• Relevant technical diploma, trade certification, or equivalent practical experience in oilfield services is an asset.
