We Are Unique!
Located between North Bay and Sudbury, Springer Animal Hospital serves a broad and growing rural community, providing mixed animal veterinary care across a large geographic region. As one of the area's few providers of bovine and equine services, our team plays an important role in supporting local farms, horse owners, and pet families. Our veterinarians provide both in-clinic and ambulatory care, covering a territory extending up to two hours from the practice. Clinic vehicles are provided for all farm calls.
You'll join a team known for strong mentorship, collaboration, and genuine camaraderie. Our highly skilled technicians provide exceptional support, allowing our veterinarians to focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
What You Bring
- DVM degree and eligibility for licensure in Ontario
- Interest in mixed animal medicine, particularly bovine and equine practice
- Confidence in small animal medicine and routine surgery
- Willingness to participate in shared after-hours and on-call duties
- Comfort travelling independently throughout a rural service area
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
