VETTA PM Posting

WINDOW SALES PROJECT MANAGER

Love working with customers? Enjoy winning business and seeing projects through to completion? Looking for a role where you can make a real impact?

VETTA Windows is looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our growing team to service our clients in Ontario and Western Quebec.

This is a varied role combining B2B sales, customer relationship management, and project management. You'll work with prospective and existing customers, develop new business opportunities, and help ensure that projects move smoothly from initial discussions through to completion.

You'll have the opportunity to work with a premium product, develop valuable customer relationships, and contribute directly to the growth of an ambitious Canadian company.

You don't need to be an expert in windows and doors. We'll provide the product training, sales coaching, and technical support to help you succeed.

What matters most is that you're motivated, organized, comfortable working with customers, and willing to take initiative.

About VETTA Windows

VETTA Windows is a Canadian company specializing in high-performance, European-made wood windows and doors with aluminum cladding.

Manufactured in Poland since 1972, our products combine exceptional craftsmanship, architectural design, energy efficiency, comfort, and lasting quality.

We're growing our presence in the North American market for luxury homes, high-performance construction, and sustainable building.

We're looking for someone who wants to be part of that growth and enjoys the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution.

What You'll Do

This position combines business development, sales, customer relationship management, and project management.

Sales & Business Development

Work with a combination of incoming customer inquiries and self-generated opportunities to develop a healthy sales pipeline.

Build relationships with luxury home builders, architects, developers, and other relevant industry professionals.

Proactively identify and approach prospective customers to generate additional business.

Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and recommend appropriate solutions.

Present VETTA's products and communicate their advantages in design, performance, quality, and value.

Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with our internal estimating team.

Follow up consistently on opportunities and help move sales forward to successful completion.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Provide responsive, professional communication and keep customers informed about progress, timelines, and next steps.

Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and growth within existing accounts.

Develop a portfolio of customer relationships that contributes to long-term business growth.

Coordinate with internal colleagues to address customer questions and resolve issues.

Project Management & Delivery

Coordinate projects from the initial customer commitment through ordering, production, delivery, and completion.

Work with internal teams to ensure project requirements, specifications, and documentation are accurate.

Monitor project milestones, timelines, and outstanding items.

Proactively communicate potential delays or issues and work with the appropriate people to resolve them.

Keep customers and colleagues informed about project status and next steps.

Maintain accurate records and ensure commitments are followed through.

Building the VETTA Business

Maintain a consistent approach to business development alongside managing active projects and customer relationships.

Participate in networking activities, trade shows, product demonstrations, and other opportunities to develop relationships.

Continue learning about our products, customers, and market.

Work closely with the President and colleagues to improve the customer experience and identify opportunities to grow the business.

What We Offer

We want you to have the resources, support, and freedom to do your best work.

Competitive compensation

Salary, commission, and bonuses.

On-target earnings of $90,000–$100,000 in your first year, increasing to $105,000–$115,000 in your second year, with further growth potential as you develop your business.

Training and support

Comprehensive onboarding and product training.

Sales training and ongoing coaching.

Access to a Product Manager for technical questions and product expertise.

Internal estimating support to help prepare specifications and shipping quotations.

An entrepreneurial working environment

A hybrid, home-office-friendly working environment.

Autonomy to manage your responsibilities and develop customer relationships.

A Toronto-based showroom and product samples to support customer meetings.

Close collaboration with the President and direct involvement in the growth of the business.

A flexible, supportive environment with less bureaucracy and an emphasis on results.

An opportunity to grow

Develop a portfolio of valuable customer relationships.

Build your knowledge of a premium product in an evolving market.

Increase your earning potential as you contribute to the company's growth.

Take on increasing responsibility as your experience and capabilities develop.

Develop your consultative selling skills through ongoing training and coaching.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in people who combine a customer-first attitude with commercial initiative, strong organizational skills, and a desire to succeed.

You might be an experienced salesperson looking for a more varied role, a project manager with strong commercial instincts, or someone from another industry who enjoys building relationships and managing complex customer requirements.

The ideal candidate is:

• Customer-focused: You enjoy working with people, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve the right outcome.

• Commercially minded: You recognize opportunities, understand the importance of winning business, and take an active interest in growing revenue.

• Proactive: You're comfortable reaching out to prospective customers and developing new relationships rather than relying entirely on incoming inquiries.

• Organized: You can manage multiple projects and opportunities, maintain accurate documentation, and keep commitments on track.

• Accountable: You take ownership of your responsibilities, communicate issues early, and follow through on what you promise.

• A strong communicator: You can build trust, ask thoughtful questions, explain information clearly, and work effectively with different people.

• Adaptable and curious: You're willing to learn technical product information and develop new skills.

• Self-motivated: You can work independently, manage your priorities, and take initiative without needing constant supervision.

Experience & Qualifications

B2B sales, account management, project management, or customer relationship experience is preferred.

Experience developing new business and building customer relationships is a strong asset.

Willingness and ability to travel throughout Ontario and Western Quebec for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation.

Construction, architectural products, windows and doors, or related industry experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.

French-language proficiency is an asset, particularly when working with customers in Western Quebec.

Comfortable learning technical products and coordinating multiple moving parts.

A professional approach to customer service and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

We recognize that the right person may come from outside our industry. If you bring the right attitude, initiative, organizational skills, instincts and willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.

Interested?

If you're looking for a varied role where you can work with customers, develop business, manage projects, and contribute to the growth of an entrepreneurial company, we'd like to hear from you.

When applying, please provide an example of how you've developed a new business opportunity or customer relationship. How did you identify the opportunity, what actions did you take, and what was the outcome?
