ABOUT VIC STUDIOS

Located in the heart of Westmount, Vic Studios is a premium wellness and fitness destination built around movement, community, and connection. Our offering spans pilates, reformer, spin, yoga, barre, and private and semi-private training, all in one welcoming space.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to develop the marketing vision at Vic Studios. Someone that will own strategy and hands-on execution. You'll build and run the content calendar, manage paid social campaigns, drive SEO, and keep our brand sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up. This is a role for someone who can think strategically about branding and also sit down and shoot, edit, and post the content that gets us there, with an interesting career growth trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan and manage a marketing calendar covering content, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Run paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), optimizing for lead generation and membership sales
Manage SEO strategy for the website: keyword research, on-page optimization, and coordinating technical SEO
Shoot and edit photo and video content for social media and marketing materials
Maintain and evolve Vic Studios' brand identity and visual guidelines across all touchpoints
Manage day-to-day social media: content calendar, posting, and community engagement
Design marketing materials, in-studio signage, email campaigns, promotions, using Canva and Adobe
Track performance metrics and report on campaign ROI, adjusting strategy based on results
Coordinate with instructors and coaches to source content (classes, testimonials, behind-the-scenes)
Update website content and coordinate any redesign or refresh work
Collaborate with management on positioning, offers, and growth initiatives
Stay up-to-date with AI tools and trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of experience in a marketing role, bonus points if in fitness, wellness, or a related consumer industry
Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar)
Strong content creation skills: photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar)
Proficient in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
Experience building and maintaining a marketing calendar
A strategic thinker who's just as comfortable executing hands-on
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and owning a marketing function end to end
Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset given our Montréal market

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

LE POSTE

Nous recherchons un(e) gestionnaire marketing à temps plein pour prendre en charge le marketing de Vic Studios de bout en bout - stratégie et exécution. Vous bâtirez et gérerez le calendrier de contenu, gérerez les campagnes publicitaires payantes, piloterez le SEO, et veillerez à ce que notre image de marque reste cohérente partout où elle apparaît. Ce poste convient à quelqu'un capable de penser stratégiquement à la croissance, tout en étant prêt à tourner, monter et publier le contenu qui nous y mènera.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Planifier et gérer un calendrier marketing couvrant le contenu, les promotions et les campagnes saisonnières
Gérer les campagnes publicitaires payantes sur Meta (Instagram/Facebook), en optimisant pour la génération de leads et la vente d'abonnements
Assurer la stratégie SEO du site web : recherche de mots-clés, optimisation sur page, et coordination du SEO technique
Tourner et monter du contenu photo et vidéo pour les réseaux sociaux et le matériel marketing
Maintenir et faire évoluer l'identité de marque de Vic Studios et ses lignes directrices visuelles sur tous les points de contact
Gérer les réseaux sociaux au quotidien : calendrier de contenu, publications et engagement communautaire
Concevoir du matériel marketing - affichage en studio, campagnes courriel, promotions - avec Canva et Adobe

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans un poste en marketing, idéalement dans le domaine du fitness, du mieux-être ou un secteur de consommation connexe
Expérience prouvée dans la gestion de campagnes Meta Ads avec des résultats mesurables
Bonne compréhension des fondamentaux du SEO et des outils associés (Google Analytics, Search Console, ou similaire)
Solides compétences en création de contenu : photographie, vidéographie et montage (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom ou équivalent)
Maîtrise de Canva et de la suite Adobe Creative
Expérience dans la création et la gestion d'un calendrier marketing
Esprit stratégique, tout aussi à l'aise dans l'exécution pratique
