THE ROLE

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to develop the marketing vision at Vic Studios. Someone that will own strategy and hands-on execution. You'll build and run the content calendar, manage paid social campaigns, drive SEO, and keep our brand sharp and consistent everywhere it shows up. This is a role for someone who can think strategically about branding and also sit down and shoot, edit, and post the content that gets us there, with an interesting career growth trajectory.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work directly with CEO to develop marketing strategies
Plan and manage a marketing calendar covering content, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), optimizing for lead generation and membership sales
Manage SEO strategy for the website: keyword research, on-page optimization, and coordinating technical SEO
Shoot and edit photo and video content for social media and marketing materials
Maintain and evolve Vic Studios' brand identity and visual guidelines across all touchpoints
Manage day-to-day social media: content calendar, posting, and community engagement
Track performance metrics and report on campaign ROI, adjusting strategy based on results
Update website content and coordinate any redesign or refresh work
Collaborate with management on positioning, offers, and growth initiatives
Stay up-to-date with AI tools and trends

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of experience in a marketing role, bonus points if in fitness, wellness, or a related consumer industry
Experience running Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals and tools (Google Analytics, or similar)
Strong content creation skills: photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Experience building and maintaining a marketing calendar
A strategic thinker who's just as comfortable executing hands-on
Strong copywriting and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and owning a marketing function end to end
Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset given our Montréal market

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Full-time, in-studio in Montréal. Salary of $70,000–$85,000 CAD per year, based on experience.
