Establish and maintain a qualified project pipeline for Energy sector opportunities.
Build strategic account plans for key owners and industrial contractors.
Classify customers based on project potential and develop targeted account strategies.
Understand clients’ business objectives, sustainability goals, and operational challenges.
Coordinate with Regional Managers and the Infrastructure/Energy market team.
Provide technical training to office and field personnel.
Maintain updated project databases and submit regular territory reports.

WHAT YOU BRING

Strong understanding of value-based selling methodology.
Excellent mechanical aptitude and technical communication skills.
Self-motivated team player with strong organizational abilities.
Comfortable with travel (50%) for territory coverage.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Business.
