Establish and manage processes to monitor contract compliance, performance, changes, claims, and dispute resolution;
Lead the negotiation and resolution of change events, claims, and disputes, coordinating with Legal and other functions as required;
Manage contract budgets, monitor subcontractor site progress and quantities performed, and track performance against project objectives.

Your skills:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
3-8 years of experience in contracts, subcontracts, procurement, or commercial management within the engineering and construction industry;

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing competing priorities while meeting deadlines.

What do we have to provide:

Gross annual salary between 75K and 90K, depending on experience and profile
4 vacation weeks & 3 emergency/sickness days paid;
