BA Blacktop Ltd. is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our operations team as Labourers and Operators in the Greater Vancouver area.

We have openings for the following trades:

General Laborers
Equipment Operators
Asphalt Plant Operators
Pipe Layers
Grade Crew
Milling Crew
Paving Crew
Utility Crew

Education: No degree or diploma required.

Experience: Previous construction experience is an asset but not required.

Applicants must:

Be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, at various job sites.
Hold a valid driver's licence and be able to travel to and from work sites (as well as operate company vehicles).
Meet all Safety employment requirements
Follow company policies and procedures.

Location: Project sites throughout the Greater Vancouver area

Pay: $24.47-$46.37 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

Perform labouring and equipment operation duties on road construction and infrastructure projects, with opportunities to work on asphalt, paving, milling, pipe-laying, and utility crews. Work at project sites across Greater Vancouver, follow company policies and safety requirements, and be available for flexible hours and overtime.

Requirements

No degree or diploma is required, and previous construction experience is an asset but not mandatory. Applicants must hold a valid driver's licence, be able to travel to job sites and operate company vehicles, meet safety requirements, and follow company policies and procedures.
