Job Title: Business Analyst - Financial Services

Years of Experience: 14+ years
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with over 14 years of experience to play a strategic role in safeguarding our financial services ecosystem. This individual will bridge the gap between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical implementation, focusing on fraud detection and prevention within the Wealth Management and Capital Markets sectors.
Responsibilities
- Architect solutions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities while optimizing operations.
- Translate complex business problems into actionable product requirements.
- Ensure systems adhere to high-security standards and deliver seamless experiences for stakeholders and clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
- Facilitate high-level discovery workshops with senior stakeholders to uncover latent business needs.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- 14+ years of professional experience in business analysis, specifically in financial services.
- Proven experience in fraud prevention tools such as Biocatch, Threatmatrix, and SEON.
- Strong background in Wealth Management and Capital Markets.
- Experience as a CRM Business Analyst is a deal breaker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
