Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager with a strong background in Backend/API Development. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and a solid understanding of backend technologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee backend/API development projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed of project status and changes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of backend technologies and API development.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with cloud services and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- 15-30 years of relevant experience in project management and backend/API development.
