SDET Certification: Relevant SDET certifications are highly desirable.
Web UI Automation: Proven expertise in Web UI automation testing using Selenium with Java.
API Automation: Extensive experience in Restful API automation testing using Rest-assured.
API Tools: Proficient in API testing with Postman/Fiddler.
Database Expertise: Strong ability to write and execute complex DB queries for backend service and data validation.
Performance Testing: Good understanding of Performance Testing Concepts and practical experience analysing Performance Test Reports from tools like JMeter/LoadRunner.
Agile Methodology: Solid working experience and understanding of Agile methodologies.
Automation Frameworks: Hands-on experience designing, developing, and enhancing automation frameworks.
CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Communication: Consistently demonstrate clear, concise, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to anticipating, understanding, and implementing required actions for project needs, with the ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and frequent priority changes.
Testing & Domain Competencies
In-depth experience with various types of testing, including functional, regression, black box, and performance testing.
Ability to transform requirements into detailed Business Scenarios and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
