Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Software Engineer specializing in Backend/API development to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data load support and a strong background in Spring Boot. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure the quality and efficiency of data integration processes.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define UAT scenarios.
- Oversee the ETL process, ensuring data integrity and quality during data loads.
- Lead UAT efforts, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data processing workflows.
- Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Experience in backend development and API design.
- Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications
