Position Overview
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be the driving force behind how we attract, hire, and
retain the exceptional talent required to deliver our strategy. Your impact will build the teams that
deliver impact in Visier’s business and to our customers in the years ahead.
You will lead the elevation of Visier’s employer brand, pioneer strategic sourcing plans for critical
skills, and transform the TA function into a deeply trusted and strategic partner to our business.
By leading a blended team of internal recruiters, RPO vendors, and agency partners, you will
deliver this mandate as a player-coach, leading others while also setting the standard by leading
high impact searches yourself.
What You Will Deliver:
- Strategic Talent Pipelining & Nurture Lists: Build and sustain proactive nurture lists
and talent pipelines for executive searches and critical skill sets, significantly reducing
time-to-fill for our most complex roles.
- Employer Brand Ownership: Elevate and own our employee value proposition in the
market, attracting candidates who align with our core values and strategic direction.
- Strategic Hiring Partner Enablement: Transform the TA function into a strategic advisor,
coaching and enabling hiring managers to effectively identify, assess, and hire great
talent.
- Blended Team Leadership: Optimize and manage a high-performing global TA
ecosystem comprising internal recruiters, agency partners, and RPO vendors to scale
efficiently and hit aggressive hiring targets across multiple geographic regions.
- Executive & Critical Role Execution: Lead by example and directly impact the business
by actively sourcing, managing, and successfully closing strategic hires.
- Guarantee Efficient Execution: Leverage a best-in-class ATS to create SOPs that make
hiring efficient for you and your customers while guaranteeing a consistent and positive
candidate experience. Leverage AI to augment and improve our operation while
maintaining human-in-the-loop decision making on all hiring decisions.
- Measure Your Impact: By using our own people analytics platform to develop pipeline
health metrics, efficiency measures, and hiring quality metrics. We already have a wealth
of data - you will help us leverage it to make better hiring and onboarding decisions.
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Education & Experience: 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within
a fast-paced high-tech environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing a
mix of internal teams, RPO vendors, and agency partners.
- Expert Sourcing Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of executing strategic talent
strategies, specifically identifying key skills profiles and developing sourcing plans which
create active and ongoing talent pipelines.
- Employer Branding Vision: A proven track record of designing, owning, and executing
employer brand strategies that resonate deeply with top-tier technical and go-to-market
talent.
- Strategic Advising & Influence: Exceptional ability to partner with senior leaders,
challenging their thinking and influencing decision-making to drive better hiring outcomes.
- Pipeline & Nurture Mastery: Demonstrated success in architecting sustained nurture
lists and proactive pipelines for executive searches and highly specialized critical skills.
- Execution Excellence: A demonstrated "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality with the ability to
balance high-level strategic leadership while actively leading your own requisitions.
