Position Overview
Visier’s P&C team operates at the intersection between cutting edge practice and our own journey as an ever evolving tech company. To that end, we’re looking for your help to design, enable, manage, and measure talent enablement / management and org transformation programs with us.
You will act as an internal consultant tasked with building enterprise-wide talent capabilities, architecting transformation frameworks, and directly enabling our People Business Partners (PBPs) and business leaders to drive outcomes across business functions. You will ensure a single unified vision exists that helps us deliver impactful and measurable outcomes.
What You Will Deliver
- Organizational Transformation & Adoption: Translate top-level business strategies into a function-specific talent enablement roadmap for a mid-sized tech company.
- Talent Enablement Architecture: Design and deploy modern talent management strategies - including skills inventories and assessments, performance enablement, career pathways, and succession planning / internal mobility - aligned with our ongoing evolution as a business.
- Strategic Talent Enablement / Management Capability Building: Upskill and empower our People Business Partner function with robust enablement toolkits, talent diagnostic frameworks, and consultative methodologies, establishing a capability in our organization that is both effective, resilient, and trusted.
- Leadership Effectiveness: Build foundational leadership development tools and coaching frameworks that empower people managers to effectively lead teams through complex organizational changes while cultivating a culture that prioritizes talent density and a high performance culture.
- AI-First Process Automation: Partner across HR and business operations to integrate Visier’s existing solutions and AI solutions, into repeatable talent workflows, ultimately supporting the organization to adopt AI-first operating principles.
- Value Realization & Sustainment: Establish robust metrics to measure talent readiness, leadership effectiveness, and adoption rates, ensuring organizational changes yield measurable business results and stick long-term.
- Education & Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Talent Management, Talent Enablement, and Organizational Design within enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of guiding sales and go-to-market organizations through complex methodology pivots.
- Talent Architecture Expertise: Deep expertise in architecting end-to-end talent frameworks (competency modeling, career mobility, succession, and performance management) that scale across complex, matrixed tech organizations.
- Internal Consulting & Enablement Muscle: Demonstrated ability to act as an arms-length internal consultant - building credibility, enabling Business Partners, and creating tailored functional outcomes while maintaining foundational organizational consistency.
- Communication Mastery & Transparency: Mastery of transparent communication principles - actively seeking to understand, facilitating creative conflict, and building deep trust across all levels of the organization during periods of change.
- Resilience & Scrappiness: A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality combined with high business acumen, capable of balancing immediate operational needs with long-term strategic transformation.
- Growth Mindset & Mentorship: Passion for continuous learning, thriving on open feedback, and a dedicated focus on coaching and upskilling peers and junior team members.

- You never stop learning
- You play to win
- Hybrid work environment with the need to travel to Vancouver, Canada on a regular basis
- Competitive salary, and top-tier health and wellness benefits

- Generous paid time off, including volunteering days and extra days over the December holidays
AI in Hiring
As a people analytics company, we think carefully about how AI is used in decisions that affect people, including our own. Our Talent Acquisition team uses AI tools to help review resumes and application responses, so every candidate's application is assessed quickly and consistently against the role's requirements. AI may also assist with scheduling and summarizing interview notes. These tools support our team; they don't replace it. Every hiring decision at Visier is made by a person, not an algorithm.
How you prepare is up to you, and there's no issue with using AI as a helpful tool along the way. What matters most to us is that what you share, whether in your application or in conversation with us, reflects your own real experience and skills. We ask that live interviews be AI-free, so we can get to know how you communicate, think through problems, and describe the work you've actually done. We reserve the right to end the interview early if candidate fraud is suspected.
If you have questions about how AI is used in our process or how your data is handled, review our Visier Candidate Privacy Notice or reach out to us.
