Role Summary:

Visionet is looking for a high-performing Business Development / Sales Manager to drive growth across our Microsoft-focused business in Canada. This is a new-business-focused sales role for someone who has a strong track record of selling Microsoft technologies and business solutions directly to enterprise and mid-market customers.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Microsoft sales experience, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Business Applications, CRM, ERP, Data & AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new-logo business development and revenue growth across the Canadian market.
Identify, qualify, develop, and close new enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new business from prospecting through contract execution.
Sell Microsoft-based business transformation solutions, including: Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics 365 ERP / Finance & Operations, Microsoft Business Applications, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft Data & Analytics etc.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of how Microsoft technologies can address customer business problems and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Develop account and territory strategies focused on target industries, accounts, and buying personas.
Work closely with Microsoft, technology partners, Visionet consulting teams, solution architects, and delivery leaders to develop and close opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand Microsoft relationships within existing Visionet accounts while maintaining a strong focus on new customer acquisition.

Skill set requirement:

8+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or consulting sales, with significant experience selling Microsoft solutions.
Demonstrated success in new-logo / net-new customer acquisition.
Proven experience selling Microsoft Business Applications, including CRM and/or ERP.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft technology ecosystem and how Microsoft solutions are positioned and sold to customers.
Hands-on customer-facing experience with Microsoft technologies and solutions.
Experience selling CRM, ERP, Business Applications, Data, Analytics, AI, and/or cloud transformation solutions.
Proven ability to engage with senior business and technology executives and manage complex enterprise sales cycles.
Demonstrated experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Ability to understand customer business challenges and connect them to appropriate Microsoft-based solutions.
