You should be comfortable taking ownership of assigned tasks, following projects through to completion, and working across multiple technical teams.

Track project deliverables, testing requirements, documentation, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
Support regulatory and compliance activities, including gathering technical information and documentation required for submissions and product files.
Assist with identifying and interpreting applicable product standards, testing requirements, and compliance requirements.
Work with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to ensure required documentation and project activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support design transfer activities as products move from development into manufacturing.
Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to obtain technical documentation, specifications, certifications, test results, and other required information.
Maintain organized and accurate project records and documentation.
Identify missing information, documentation gaps, outstanding testing, or other issues that may affect project timelines and proactively follow up with the appropriate stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and maintain clear records of decisions, action items, responsibilities, and deadlines.
Support additional engineering, product development, compliance, and project coordination activities as required.
