Responsibilities
Supervise and schedule a team of 16–20 workers while planning and directing planting, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction projects. Estimate labour and materials, administer contracts, maintain work records, and resolve operational problems to improve productivity and quality.
Requirements
Requires a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a one- to two-year program, or equivalent experience, and 2 to less than 3 years of experience. The role requires a valid driver's licence and involves outdoor work in hazardous conditions, physical demands, and operating landscaping equipment.
