Si le poste que vous recherchez n’est pas ici, contacter le groupe Acquisio Talents pour connaître tous nos postes disponibles au rh@acquisiotalents.com Postes de soir (15h à 23h) Le préposé aux bénéficiaires détient les rôles et responsabilités suivantes : Offrir des soins d’assistance personnalisés aux résidents en relation avec les activités de la vie quotidienne : aide au lever et au coucher, soins d’hygiène, de mobilisation, de confort, aide à l’alimentation et à l’hydratation, etc.
Collaborer au maintien de l’ordre et à la propreté de la résidence intermédiaire.
Collaborer au maintien des besoins psychosociaux du résident.
Effectuer le lavage de la literie ainsi que des vêtements.
Effectuer des tâches secondaires, notamment, mais pas exclusivement, desservir et nettoyer les tables, vider les lave-vaisselles et ranger la vaisselle, etc.
Encourager l’autonomie des résidents et leur participation aux activités. Établir une relation de confiance avec les résidents, basée sur le respect et la dignité.
Profil Qu’est-ce que ça prend pour joindre notre équipe en tant que préposé aux bénéficiaires ?
PDSB / RCR ou expériences pertinentes auprès des personnes âgées Être disponible une fin de semaine sur deux Maîtriser la langue française écrite et parlée dans ses communications.
Maintenir des relations harmonieuses avec tout le personnel.
Faire preuve d’intégrité, d'honnêteté et de discrétion.
Assurer le respect de la confidentialité en lien avec son rôle.
