Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions with business and IT teams on OpenText Exstream and customer communications management solutions. Support platform upgrades, legacy CCM migrations, modernization initiatives, and production support in an onsite environment.
Requirements
Requires 8–15+ years of overall CCM experience and at least 5 years of hands-on OpenText Exstream experience, preferably with version 16 or higher. Candidates should have expertise in Exstream components, upgrades and migrations, AMS and production support, cloud-native deployments, and customer-facing stakeholder communication.
