- Hands-on experience with EPC| CPQ| Order Management and Industries processes.
- Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| Integration Procedures).
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture| Apex| LWC| APIs| and integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS| ERP| and external platforms.
- Strong understanding of telecom business processes such as Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.
- Experience with CI/CD| DevOps| and Salesforce deployment methodologies.
