Role Description The Content Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Canada, with flexibility for both in-studio collaboration and work-from-home. In this role, the Content Specialist will plan, write, and optimize digital content across web pages, campaign materials, and AI-powered customer touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content strategies aligned with brand objectives, managing content in digital platforms, and ensuring consistency of voice and messaging across channels. The role also involves collaborating closely with designers, developers, and AI specialists to create content that integrates seamlessly into automated workflows and supports marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for digital platforms and multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management to plan, organize, and maintain structured content ecosystems.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear collaboration with cross-functional creative and technical teams.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, SEO best practices, and analytics tools to inform content decisions.
- Comfort working with or around AI-driven tools, automation platforms, or CMS solutions.
- Attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a creative agency, startup, or tech-focused environment is an asset.
