- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
- At least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water.
- At least one year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role.
- Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs.
- Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing, scheduling, and other tasks.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Competitive base pay based on experience and certifications; quarterly bonuses based on performance

Repair and maintain commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems across an assigned territory. Build customer relationships, meet service-level requirements, complete accurate service paperwork, and perform work safely and correctly.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of equipment servicing experience and at least one year in a customer-facing or customer-service role. They must be proficient with smartphones, hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be able to lift 50 pounds; experience with electrical and water testing is preferred.
