- Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.

- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.
- At least 1 year of experience servicing equipment, preferably with experience using proper testing equipment and practices for general electric and water systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
- Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs
- Smartphone proficient in inventory, managing scheduling, and other tasks
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- $1500 signing bonus
- Competitive base pay based on experience and certifications; quarterly bonuses based on performance

Repair and maintain commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory. Build customer relationships, meet service-level requirements, conduct thorough inspections, complete timely repairs, and submit accurate service paperwork.
Requirements
Applicants need at least one year of equipment-servicing experience, preferably involving testing equipment and electrical and water systems, plus at least one year in a customer-facing role. They must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, be proficient with smartphones for inventory and scheduling, and be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
