This is a Maintenance Technician / Industrial Maintenance role in a food manufacturing environment.
Core Requirements:
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Hands-on preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance
- Troubleshooting and repair of production machinery, automation, electrical, mechanical, and facility equipment
- Experience with CMMS for PM scheduling, work orders, documentation, and maintenance tracking
- Strong RCA / root-cause troubleshooting with permanent corrective actions
- Experience modifying and improving equipment for reliability and reduced downtime
- Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings, technical manuals, SOPs, and procedures
- Licensed Millwright (433A) or qualified Maintenance Technician
- Technologist diploma/degree in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Robotics, Automation, Engineering, or related field
- Food manufacturing experience is preferred
- Food Safety & Compliance
