Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide on-site clinical support to team members in Metro Vancouver, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall physical well-being in a tech-oriented workplace. This full-time role includes assessing musculoskeletal conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to ensure safe and sustainable return to full function. The Physiotherapist will deliver education on ergonomics, posture, and safe work practices, collaborate with leadership and staff to design workplace wellness initiatives, and maintain accurate, confidential clinical records. The role also involves coordinating referrals when needed, promoting healthy lifestyle habits, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Clinical physiotherapy expertise, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment of musculoskeletal and occupational health conditions.
- Skills in developing individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs, focusing on injury prevention, functional restoration, and long-term wellness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to educate, coach, and collaborate effectively with diverse team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of ergonomics, workplace health and safety principles, and best practices for desk-based and light industrial work settings.
- Relevant professional licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist (or eligibility) in British Columbia.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent accredited program.
- Experience in occupational health, sports medicine, or corporate wellness settings is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage caseloads efficiently, and maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation.
