About This Opportunity
- Greet and welcome customers and donors - Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies
- Explaining donation guidelines (what can/can’t be accepted) - creating a positive, appreciative experience that encourages repeat donations
- Support purchases at the cash (bagging purchase, Point of Sale system, transactions, receipts)
- Help customers locate items in a constantly changing inventory
- Merchandising (tidying displays, restocking shelves)
- Warehouse coordination (ensuring donations get to the sales floor in a timely manner
OOther Roles
Truck helper – riding in the truck with donation pick-up driver and helping load donations
