About This Opportunity
Various roles are available:
PROMOTION, PUBLICITY and MARKETING
Special Events (i.e. concert season launch; VIP reception)
Silent Auction (once a year)
Newsletter - writing articles and compiling materials (once a month)
Concert program, posters, and flyers design (6 times a year)
E-blasts and website maintenance (once a month)
Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Telegram)
Short video-clips editing (YouTube)
ADMINISTRATION
Promotional bulk mailings (folding, stuffing, mailing)
Music Library maintenance
OPERATIONS
Rehearsal hall set-up coordination (Tuesdays 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm)
Concert hall backstage and Green room coordination (on the day of a concert)
Concert hall front-of-house coordination (on the day of a concert)
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Representing the KSO on the day of the concerts
Concession or merchandise sales
Fundraising
Ticket sales and distribution
Causes
