About This Opportunity
Boxes of Hearts is a Social Enterprise Program that gives adults with developmental exceptionalities the opportunity to gain job training and work experience through community based programs at Community of Hearts. We are looking for passionate and kind volunteers who are interested in assisting Boxes of Hearts' participants to become stronger and more independent members of our community. In terms of availability, we would be looking for individuals who are free Tuesday and/or Thursday evenings from 3:30pm-5:00pm (one or two days per week is okay as long as the schedule is consistent - eg. every Tuesday and/or every Thursday). No previous volunteering experience is required. Program runs Sept - June with summers off.
