Original job description

English section of this bilingual listing.

Voxira builds enterprise-grade healthcare AI solutions that transform how healthcare organizations interact with their patients. Our offerings include NoteGen, an ambient AI medical scribe, and our core conversational AI platform that automates patient interactions, integrates with leading EMRs, and helps clinics improve access to care while reducing administrative burden. Security, compliance, reliability, and AI innovation are at the core of everything we build.

About the Role

Own client relationships for assigned Voxira accounts from onboarding through ongoing support, while building the AI workflow logic that powers each client's deployment. You'll be the bridge between what a clinic actually does and how our AI agents are trained to handle it.

Responsibilities

Become a product expert, specializing in the configuration and deployment of our AI solutions.
Ensure the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, from requirements analysis to go-live.
Own the client relationship end-to-end for assigned accounts, from onboarding through ongoing support, serving as primary point of contact and escalation.
Translate client-provided information, workflows, and SOPs into structured logic, prompts, and configurations used to train and calibrate Voxira's AI agents.
Build and maintain AI workflow logic and knowledge structures reflecting each client's specific operational reality.
Normalize and structure client-provided data for use in AI training and configuration.
Coordinate with clients to gather source information needed to build accurate AI logic.
Test AI workflow logic against expected scenarios and conditional branches drawn from client SOPs, identifying gaps before go-live.
Perform basic refinement of workflow logic to correct identified issues, incorporating client feedback from validation cycles.
Deliver client training and lead go-live activities.
Audit AI agent behavior post-launch to confirm it continues to follow client SOPs and expected flows accurately, flagging drift or inaccuracies and making recommendations for correction.
Conduct post-launch client check-ins to confirm satisfaction and adoption.
Collect product feedback and route improvement opportunities to Engineering.
Write and modify code (Python or JavaScript/TypeScript) to configure, test, and refine AI workflow logic.

Qualifications

3+ years in SaaS implementation, technical consulting, or a related client-facing technical role.
Strong analytical and documentation skills; comfort translating business processes into structured logic.
Comfort structuring, cleaning, and normalizing data for use in downstream systems.
Comfort designing and running basic test cases to validate AI workflow behavior against expected outcomes, including edge cases and conditional logic, and auditing live behavior over time.
Working proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable reading and modifying code, not expected to build production software architecture.
Hands-on experience with AI coding and productivity tools such as Claude Code or Codex, and a track record of using them creatively to solve problems, automate work, or speed up delivery.
Bilingual French and English.
Healthcare or AI experience is an asset.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clinic staff.
Proactive problem-solver with a "get things done" mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Technologies

Build technology that measurably improves healthcare. Work on cutting-edge AI projects, collaborate directly with the leadership team, help shape our product roadmap, and contribute to the future of healthcare AI - all in a hybrid, Montreal-based team that moves fast and ships real solutions to real clinics.

Why join Voxira?

-----------------

Technologies

Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, LangChain, Claude Code, Codex, Jira, Confluence.
