The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer (AI / Full Stack) who combines strong technical expertise with a product-focused mindset.

This is not a traditional frontend, backend, or machine learning position. The successful candidate will own product features end-to-end, from initial concept and rapid prototyping through development, AI integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization.

You'll work across the entire technology stack, building consumer-facing experiences, integrating cutting-edge AI models, and developing scalable infrastructure that supports millions of interactions.

The ideal candidate enjoys building products, experimenting with emerging technologies, and delivering features that real users engage with.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and launch complete product features across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI integrations.

• Rapid Prototyping: Translate ideas into functional prototypes quickly, moving from concept to working product in hours rather than weeks.

• Generative AI Integration: Experiment with emerging image, video, and language models to develop engaging consumer experiences.

• Scalable Engineering: Build and optimize applications and AI pipelines supporting millions of interactions monthly.

• Performance Optimization: Develop low-latency AI experiences with a strong focus on responsiveness and user experience.

• Data-Driven Development: Implement analytics, evaluate user engagement, and continuously improve features based on measurable results.

• Full-Stack Ownership: Work across React, TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, infrastructure, and AI inference systems.

• Product Innovation: Collaborate with a small engineering team to identify opportunities, experiment rapidly, and deliver meaningful product improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing and shipping software products used by real customers.

• Experience building or contributing to a product or feature that has supported 10,000+ users.

• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.

• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Hands-on experience developing modern web applications using React.

• Strong understanding of Node.js, API development, backend architecture, and data modeling.

• Experience designing and maintaining production infrastructure.

• Practical experience integrating generative AI models or a demonstrated ability to learn and implement emerging AI technologies quickly.

• Strong product intuition with an emphasis on usability, performance, and user engagement.

• Ability to work independently, prototype rapidly, and deliver solutions with minimal direction.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment.
