IAM Engineer – Java/Python to support with Single Sign On implementations, Employee PingFed
- Log Analysis - reading and parsing logs to find where authentication handshake fails
- Token Handling- inspecting, validating tokens
- Debugging end points that communicate with Identity provider
- Config fixes, meet with vendors for troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate with 3rd parties
- Gather technical specs to submit Intakes, follow-up on Intakes

Responsibilities
Support Single Sign-On implementations and troubleshoot employee PingFederate authentication issues by analyzing logs, validating tokens, debugging identity-provider endpoints, and resolving configuration problems. Support employee and customer PingFederate platform upgrades, coordinate testing with QE, and work with vendors and third parties to gather technical specifications and manage intake follow-ups.
Requirements
