Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high quality deliverables.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC IRM, including implementation and customization.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
