Job Description
- Understand and analyze the existing Easy Plan implementation across MBOM, BOP, operations, resources, and work instructions.
- Review AS-IS and TO-BE manufacturing planning processes and document system behavior.
- Validate end-to-end functional flows: EBOM → MBOM → Process → WI → Release.
- Prepare/update functional test scenarios and UAT cases for manufacturing planning.
- Guide and support the testing/QA team on Easy Plan functionality and expected outcomes.
- Review defects raised by testers and classify them as configuration gaps, data issues, or usage errors.
- Identify functional gaps, misalignments, and improvement areas in the existing solution.
- Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, PLM teams, and integration teams for functional clarifications.
- Provide functional walkthroughs, demo sessions, and knowledge transfer to project teams.
- Ensure manufacturing business requirements are properly validated and reflected in the implemented solution.

Responsibilities
Analyze and validate the existing Teamcenter EasyPlan implementation and end-to-end manufacturing planning flows, including MBOM, BOP, operations, resources, work instructions, and release. Develop and support functional testing and UAT, triage defects, identify solution gaps, coordinate with engineering and PLM teams, and provide walkthroughs and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Hands-on Siemens Teamcenter EasyPlan experience and manufacturing process planning expertise are prioritized, particularly with MBOM, BOP, and the EBOM-to-MBOM-to-work-instruction flow. The role also requires functional testing and UAT support, defect classification, PLM integration coordination, and stakeholder communication.
