You'll provide accurate information on pricing, orders, and lead times while keeping internal teams and customers aligned every step of the way. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for keeping logistics moving smoothly, we'd love to meet you.

  • Familiarize yourself with various Incoterms and their implications on responsibilities and costs. Advise the project and ASPS team on the most suitable for each shipping scenario.
  • Assess the need for insurance based on the value and nature of shipments. Calculate insurance values and obtain certificates when required.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software as required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with suppliers, customers, and project team members both verbally and in written formats.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
