The role at high level:

We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager who enjoys tackling hard problems and wants to create meaningful impact for small businesses across Canada. You'll own our SMB acquisition funnel end-to-end, from paid media and SEO to conversion rate optimization, email, and referral, using data and testing to bring in more of the right customers, more efficiently. You will report directly to our Director of Growth Marketing.

What you'll be expected to own:

Build and own the growth strategy for our SMB segment, including priorities, the roadmap, and the KPIs that measure success.
Run paid search, paid social, and display across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, ChatGPT Ads, and whatever comes next, from budget allocation and targeting to creative testing.
Own technical SEO and organic growth for both SMB and Partner audiences: crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, and the roadmap to grow traffic and rankings.
Lead our conversion rate optimization (CRO) program, testing and improving landing pages, forms, and conversion paths.
Manage our listings and paid placements on directory and review sites like Capterra and G2, with a close eye on lead quality.
Own email strategy and execution, from the calendar and copy to lifecycle nurture campaigns.
Design and grow our SMB referral program, including incentives, promotion, and performance tracking.
Plan and launch integrated campaigns across paid, email, content, and web channels.
Dig into performance data to reallocate budget, prioritize investment, and share what you learn.
Partner with Sales, Product, Content, and Customer Success so growth programs line up with business priorities, and share channel and lead quality insights with our SMB Sales team.

What you bring to the table:

5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, or a similar acquisition-focused role.
Experience owning a segment- or channel-level growth strategy, including setting priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search, paid social, PPC directory and review sites, technical SEO, CRO, and referral programs.
A track record of building and running successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience managing acquisition funnels, including landing pages, website conversion, lead generation, and experimentation.
Strong analytical skills with GA4, Google Search Console, and marketing automation or CRM platforms, plus a solid grasp of funnel metrics, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline, and ROI.
A commercial mindset. You understand how marketing activity connects to pipeline, revenue, and customer acquisition economics.
A curious, test-and-learn approach, with the organization to juggle multiple priorities and own results end-to-end.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Content, Design, and Marketing teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Bonus points if:

You have experience in B2B SaaS or SMB marketing.
You’ve run campaigns on newer ad platforms like ChatGPT Ads.
