The role at high level:

We're looking for a talented Senior Software Development Engineer who enjoys tackling hard problems and wants to create meaningful impact for small businesses across Canada. You'll play a critical role in designing scalable systems, delivering reliable services, and contributing to architectural decisions across the full stack. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager.

What you'll be expected to own:

Deliver end-to-end full stack development for features that meet scalability, maintainability, and performance expectations
Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure using best practices in IaC and DevOps tooling
Monitor service reliability, performance, and availability against SLA standards
Design component-level architecture and ensure alignment with system-wide goals and standards

What you bring to the table:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development (React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET Core)
Strong experience in scalable API design, microservices, and server-side architecture
Proven ability to deploy and manage infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP using Terraform or CloudFormation
Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
A passion for writing clean, testable code and delivering maintainable systems
Familiarity with service observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Grafana)
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor others

You leverage AI-driven tools within your development process to enhance efficiency and accelerate high-quality feature delivery
You understand Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and apply it in complex business environments

Le rôle :

Nous cherchons une personne de talent au poste d'ingénieur ou ingénieure sénior en développement logiciel, qui aime s'attaquer à des problèmes difficiles et souhaite avoir un impact réel pour les petites entreprises partout au Canada. Vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans la conception de systèmes évolutifs, la livraison de services fiables et la contribution aux décisions d'architecture sur toute la pile. Vous relèverez directement de notre gestionnaire de l'ingénierie.

Vos responsabilités :

Assurer le développement full stack de bout en bout de fonctionnalités qui répondent aux attentes d'évolutivité, de maintenabilité et de performance.
Concevoir, déployer et gérer l'infrastructure infonuagique selon les bonnes pratiques d'infrastructure sous forme de code (IaC) et d'outillage DevOps.
Surveiller la fiabilité, la performance et la disponibilité des services par rapport aux normes des ententes de niveau de service (SLA).
Concevoir l'architecture au niveau des composants et en assurer la cohérence avec les objectifs et les normes de l'ensemble du système.

Ce que vous apportez :

Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement full stack (React/Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET Core).
Une solide expérience de la conception d'API évolutives, des microservices et de l'architecture côté serveur.
Une capacité éprouvée à déployer et à gérer l'infrastructure sur des plateformes comme AWS, Azure ou GCP à l'aide de Terraform ou de CloudFormation.
Une bonne compréhension de la CI/CD, de la conteneurisation (Docker) et des outils d'orchestration (Kubernetes).
Une passion pour l'écriture d'un code propre et testable et pour la livraison de systèmes faciles à maintenir.
Une familiarité avec les outils d'observabilité des services (p. ex. Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
