As we expand into international medical tourism, we are establishing a network of local representatives in leading healthcare destinations, including Turkey, South Korea, Dubai, and Mexico.
Our goal is to create a seamless, trusted experience where consumers can research treatment options, compare providers, understand costs, coordinate travel, and explore appropriate payment arrangements through one integrated platform.
The Opportunity
We are seeking entrepreneurial, well-connected International Medical Tourism Agents to represent WaldisPay in their respective countries.
You will act as our local market representative, developing relationships with reputable hospitals, specialty clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare service providers.
This is an opportunity to help build a new international healthcare marketplace from the ground up, with potential advancement into Country Manager or Regional Director positions.
Key Responsibilities

- Negotiate preferred pricing, service packages, and exclusive offers for WaldisPay consumers.
- Build a qualified pipeline of healthcare providers for onboarding.
- Verify provider licensing, accreditation, professional credentials, and relevant quality standards.
2. Medical Tourism Partnership Development
- Develop relationships with healthcare facilitators, hotels, transportation providers, and recovery accommodation services.
- Coordinate with providers to develop comprehensive medical tourism packages.
- Identify opportunities for bundled treatment, accommodation, and transportation services.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements that deliver measurable consumer value.
3. Consumer Experience and Coordination
- Help international consumers connect with appropriate licensed medical providers.
- Coordinate consultations, treatment quotations, appointments, and nonclinical travel arrangements.
- Ensure consumers receive clear information regarding pricing, exclusions, cancellation policies, and expected recovery arrangements.
- Assist with communication between consumers and participating healthcare providers.
- Escalate medical questions, complications, and clinical concerns to qualified healthcare professionals.
4. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
- Research local healthcare pricing, treatment demand, and medical tourism trends.
- Identify high-demand specialties and underserved consumer segments.
- Monitor competitors, provider offerings, and market developments.
- Recommend new healthcare categories, partnerships, and geographic expansion opportunities.
5. Compliance, Ethics and Consumer Protection
- Follow applicable local healthcare advertising, referral, consumer protection, privacy, and medical tourism requirements.
- Support WaldisPay’s provider due diligence and onboarding procedures.
- Disclose commercial relationships, referral fees, and potential conflicts of interest.
- Protect confidential consumer information and obtain appropriate consent before sharing records.
- Never provide medical advice, guarantee clinical outcomes, or encourage medically inappropriate procedures.
- Support transparent consumer complaints and dispute resolution processes.
