▪️5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, transportation, agriculture, or a similar operational environment.

▪️Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and positive relationships.

▪️Professional, approachable, and service-oriented, with sound judgment, discretion, and strong problem-solving skills.

▪️Knowledge of the Canada Labour Code or experience in a federally regulated workplace is an asset.

▪️CHRP/CHRL designation is an asset

Why Join Wallenstein?

You'll join a supportive, collaborative HR team with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, contribute to evolving HR programs, and help support our people as the organization continues to grow.
