What You'll Do...
- Veiller à la qualité et à l’aspect visuel des produits du rayon boulangerie, tels que le pain, les gâteaux, les tartes, les biscuits et les petits pains.
- Veiller à ce que le rayon soit entièrement approvisionné en marchandises et prêt à accueillir les clients.
- Veiller à ce que le prix des marchandises soit correctement indiqué.
- Respecter les normes et les directives en matière de conformité de la chaîne frigorifique, de calibrage des thermomètres, de consignation des températures, de manutention des aliments, de rotation des produits, de dates limites de vente et de dates de péremption.
- Respecter les procédures d’hygiène et de salubrité alimentaire, et suivre les procédures de nettoyage.
- Suivre les procédures appropriées en matière de commande, de liquidation, de majoration et de démarque, d’affichage, de marquage, de prix et d’étiquetage.
- Préparer les produits de boulangerie en suivant avec précision les directives de décongélation et de cuisson afin de garantir la qualité et l’aspect visuel des produits du rayon boulangerie, tels que le pain, les gâteaux, les tartes, les biscuits et les petits pains.
- S’assurer que les présentoirs sont fixés de manière sécuritaire et adéquate.
