What You'll Do...
- Exhibit desired behaviors that support Walmart Logistics basic beliefs
- Providing front line training to team members which may include:
- Facilitation of class based training programs
- On the job support in various operational functions
- Completion of observation assessments
- Required to orderfill as primary job function.
- Required to operation Material Handling Equipment (MHE) while performing duties.
- Ability to use a vocollect headset and vocollect orderfilling system.
- Maintain orderfilling performance expectation of the job function while maintaining picking accuracy.
- Must be able to proficiently use as a part of daily activities the 5090 shipping lane computers and TC70’s with the MM program
- Accurate transportation of finished picked pallets and other freight to shipping lanes
- Maintain associate related programs and procedures, including health and safety and housekeeping programs in order to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and company policy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day.
- Ability to have steel toed safety shoes/boots for first day.
- Other safety personal protective gear may be required as appropriate and will be provided.

Responsibilities
Order-fill non-conveyable freight while meeting performance and picking-accuracy expectations, and operate material handling equipment to move completed pallets and freight to shipping lanes. Train new and existing associates through classroom instruction, on-the-job support, and observation assessments, while maintaining safety, housekeeping, and related operational programs.
Requirements
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds for up to 10 hours per day. Steel-toed safety footwear is required on the first day, and candidates must be able to use the specified order-filling equipment and systems.
