Position Summary...Responsible for the preparation and picking of orders that are less than full case.

What You'll Do...

  • Picking Staple Stock/Breakpack freight on an order picker
  • Picking orders in the Put/Pick area, ensuring quality, quantity and supporting internal customer requirements
  • Stock replenishing and restocking of inventory/product
  • May be required to operation Material Handling Equipment (MHE) while performing duties.
  • Maintain order filling performance expectation of the job function while maintaining picking accuracy.
  • Adhering to all Breakpack Order filling policies and procedures.
  • Maintain associate related programs and procedures, including health and safety and housekeeping programs in order to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation and company policy.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to have steel toed safety shoes/boots for first day.
  • Other safety personal protective gear may be required as appropriate and will be provided.

The rate of pay for this position starts from $25.34/hr.

Responsibilities

Pick and prepare less-than-full-case orders, including staple stock and Breakpack freight, while meeting quality, quantity, and accuracy expectations. Replenish inventory and follow order-filling, health and safety, and housekeeping procedures, operating material handling equipment when required.
