Role At a Glance

Are you organized, approachable, and energized by keeping things running smoothly? As an Office Assistant at WalterFedy, you’ll help create a welcoming and well-supported office experience where our team, clients, and guests feel informed, connected, and cared for.

This is a great opportunity to build your administrative skills in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary consulting firm where quality, teamwork, client focus, sustainability, and community are part of how we work every day. You’ll support routine office operations, learn from experienced colleagues, and play a meaningful role in helping our people do their best work.

This is a full-time, office based position requiring in-person attendance Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

What You Will Do

Welcome internal and external stakeholders and help create a positive first impression.
Direct incoming communications and support day-to-day office coordination.
Complete accurate data entry and maintain organized physical and digital records.
Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
Prepare, format, file, and organize documents using Microsoft 365.
Draft routine correspondence, including emails and letters.
Book meeting rooms and assist with meeting and event setup, including seating and AV needs.
Support report preparation using clear guidelines and established templates.
Partner with administrative and professional staff on tasks and projects that support team and company goals.
Continue building your administrative skills through hands-on learning, coaching, and training.

 What you bring to the table

High school diploma required.
Previous office or administrative experience is an asset.
Comfort working with Microsoft 365; intermediate experience is an asset.
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Clear, professional communication skills - both written and verbal.
A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning new tools and processes.
