Floor Manager - Yonge St. WarehouseJoin the Warehouse Team

Yonge St. Warehouse is seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our management team.

We are looking for a confident hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage a busy floor, support their team, and maintain high operational standards throughout every shift.

About Us

Our story began in Vancouver’s entertainment district, where we developed a reputation for great food, approachable prices, memorable drinks, and an energetic atmosphere.

From there, we expanded our Friday Night Every Night philosophy across Canada and the United States. Today, we are a growing group of 20+ food-forward Warehouse locations, creating welcoming neighbourhood destinations where guests can enjoy great food, drinks, and experiences with friends.

About The Role

As a Floor Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. You will work closely with the management and front-of-house teams to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

Leading and supporting the front-of-house team during high-volume shifts
Maintaining strong service and hospitality standards
Managing the floor and ensuring smooth restaurant operations
Supporting servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff as required
Responding effectively to guest needs and resolving service issues professionally
Communicating clearly with both management and staff
Monitoring the pace and flow of service throughout the shift
Supporting team development, training, and performance
Ensuring company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
Leading by example and stepping in wherever needed to support the operation

The Ideal Candidate

We Are Looking For Someone Who

Has previous Floor Manager, Supervisor, or Restaurant Management experience
Has strong serving and bartending experience
Is comfortable working in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Remains calm, organized, and professional under pressure
Is approachable, reliable, and team-oriented
Takes initiative and can make sound decisions independently
Understands the importance of both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift

Requirements

Previous restaurant leadership experience
Serving and bartending experience
Valid Smart Serve certification
Valid Canadian work permit
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
