Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
As a Dispatcher with us, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating driver routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient waste collection services.
- Communicating with drivers throughout the day to provide updates, route adjustments, and problem resolution.
- Handling customer inquiries related to service scheduling, delays, and special requests.
- Tracking fleet performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with operations teams to optimize safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Coordinate driver routes and schedules, communicate updates and resolve issues with drivers, and respond to customer inquiries about service. Track fleet performance and compliance, and collaborate with operations teams to improve safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Requires two years of experience in a high-volume dispatch or logistics environment and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should have experience with dispatching software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
