Responsibilities
Our priority is to make sure we hire safe MRF Labourer that care about the service provided to the community. As a MRF Labourer with us the minimum responsibilities are:
- Pre-sort, quality control sorting, and sort station maintenance in a state-of-the-art automated materials recovery/recycling plant.
- Sorting and baling of various recyclable materials.
- General housekeeping duties related to the warehouse and yard.
- Daily maintenance of baling, sorting and belt-line equipment.
- Equipment Operation.
- Must be physically fit.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Safety conscious.
- Motivated and productive.
- Mechanical aptitude/maintenance experience an asset.
- A criminal record check and successfully passing a substance test within a two-week period of their hiring date will be required.

Responsibilities
Pre-sort and quality-check recyclable materials, maintain sort stations, and sort and bale materials in an automated recycling plant. Perform housekeeping in the warehouse and yard, maintain baling, sorting, and belt-line equipment, and operate equipment.
Requirements
Candidates must be physically fit, have good hand-eye coordination, be safety-conscious, and be motivated and productive. Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience is an asset; a criminal record check and successful substance test are required within two weeks of hiring.
