I. Résumé du poste
Conduit en toute sécurité un camion lourd pour effectuer les tùches assignées sur des tournées en rotation. Conduit en toute sécurité un véhicule commercial lourd dans divers environnements : résidentiel, commercial et de construction.
II. Fonctions essentielles et responsabilités
Conduit le vĂ©hicule conformĂ©ment aux rĂšgles de sĂ©curitĂ© et aux rĂšgles critiques de Waste Management, ainsi quâĂ toutes les lois locales, provinciales et fĂ©dĂ©rales.
Effectue les inspections avant et aprĂšs le trajet du vĂ©hicule assignĂ© et consigne les vĂ©rifications Ă lâaide du DVIR standard (rapport dâinspection du vĂ©hicule par le conducteur).
Signale immédiatement toute situation dangereuse ou tout problÚme lié au service au gestionnaire des opérations ou à la répartition.
Participe et assister Ă tous les programmes de formation, sĂ©ances dâinformation et rĂ©unions planifiĂ©s, comme requis par WM ou demandĂ© par le gestionnaire de tournĂ©e.
Travaille en Ă©troite collaboration avec le gestionnaire des opĂ©rations afin dâamĂ©liorer lâefficacitĂ© des tournĂ©es et dâidentifier les meilleures pratiques.
Informe le gestionnaire des opérations de tout incident, accident, blessure ou dommage matériel.
Informe le gestionnaire des opérations ou la répartition de toute interruption de service, y compris les rues ou ruelles fermées ou impraticables, les conteneurs trop lourds à vider ou tout danger potentiel pour la sécurité.
Communique les demandes des clients au gestionnaire des opérations ou à la répartition.

1 an dâexpĂ©rience dans la conduite dâun vĂ©hicule nĂ©cessitant un permis de classe 1 ou de classe 3 ou supĂ©rieur
