Culligan provides healthy, delicious water for our customers in their homes, offices, businesses, and industrial facilities around the world. Our complete line of water softeners, water filtration systems, commercial and industrial water treatment solutions, drinking water systems, whole-house filtration systems and bottled water delivery options set the standard in the water treatment industry.
This location is independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the owner, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this location. All inquiries about employment at this location should be made directly to the location owner, and not to Culligan Corporate.

Tuesday to Friday 9am-5pm
Saturday 9am-3pm
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
- Set up deliveries and book service calls
- Process new contracts, create customer account and schedule installation, as required
- Print and distribute service work orders and route tickets, close work orders and bill out once completed
- Promote and up-sell products and services to new and current customers
- Book walk-in and phone sales leads with Sales Team
- Make accounts receivable collections and related calls, forward outstanding invoices as requested
- Handle money, run the cash register and POS machine, balance cash, prepare bank deposit, reconcile and balance receipts, payment batches, cash, cheques, Moneris payments, petty cash, etc
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt to customers when required
- Regular shift is Tuesday to Saturday
- Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people
- Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate computer knowledge

Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and by phone, arrange deliveries and service calls, process contracts and accounts, and coordinate installations and work orders. Promote products and services, handle sales leads and collections, manage payments and cash reconciliation, and refer unresolved complaints to the appropriate departments.
Requirements
The role requires an outgoing, helpful approach, strong interpersonal and phone communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and intermediate computer knowledge. Previous customer service experience is requested, and the regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.
