Responsibilities
- Installation and/or maintenance of all residential and light commercial water treatment equipment
- Installation and/or maintenance of POU water coolers and commercial coffee equipment
- Site pre-inspections for residential equipment installation
- Collection of payment and required signatures at time of equipment installation or service
- Completion of daily paperwork in a timely and legible manner
- Operation of company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures
- On call technician, as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our clientele.
- Other duties as assigned
- Service technician and/or plumbing experience is an asset
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract is required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting as well as independently
- Requires lifting/moving 50 lbs
- Compensation
- Hourly base pay (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Install and maintain residential and light commercial water treatment equipment, point-of-use water coolers, and commercial coffee equipment. Conduct site inspections, collect payments and signatures, complete daily paperwork, operate a company vehicle safely, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in on-call coverage as required.
Requirements
Service technician or plumbing experience is an asset, along with good mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Candidates need strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, and the ability to lift or move 50 pounds.
