The salary offered for this role is determined with consideration to various factors, including but not limited to: your work location, local labour market conditions, external market salary data, internal pay equity and the knowledge, skills, experience and anticipated proficiency in the role. The salary offered is estimated to be within the following range: $60,000 - $75,000. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are still encouraged to apply.

Job Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Learning and Talent Operations, the Learning & Talent Coordinator supports the delivery of Learning and Talent initiatives across the organization. This role coordinates engaging employee experiences and supports the core operational processes that enable the success of People programming. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the People team and the business, this role requires strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and adapt to change.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of People Strategy initiatives, with a primary focus on learning and development programs, talent management, and talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the redesign and continuous improvement of processes by identifying opportunities to simplify work, improve employee experience, and support more effective ways of working.
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of learning and development programs, including scheduling, event management, registration, attendance tracking, logistics, translation, feedback surveys, platform setup, and day-of production support for virtual and in-person sessions in English and French.
- Organize and maintain program materials across relevant platforms, including the LMS and SharePoint, ensuring resources are accessible, current, and aligned to brand standards.
- Support the execution of learning and talent processes by maintaining documentation, coordinating timelines and communications, preparing reports, and helping ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide professional and timely support to employees, leaders, external candidates, and vendors, helping to create a positive experience aligned to Wawanesa’s brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in HR administration within financial services.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide professional, responsive service to employees, leaders, candidates, and external partners.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
- Sound problem-solving skills, with good judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or similar platforms is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
