About the Role

The Customer Service & Office Administrator supports customers and internal teams through order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, and day-to-day office administration. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
Provide friendly, timely, and professional customer service.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer requests and concerns.

Order and Inventory Support

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain customer, order, and inventory information.
Assist with inventory-related processes and system updates.
Help coordinate supplies, service requests, and other customer needs.

Office Administration

Support daily office and operational activities.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
Handle confidential customer and company information appropriately.
Assist with additional administrative projects and team priorities.

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and customer service.
Support the team in maintaining efficient and consistent workflows.

What You'll Bring

Three or more years of customer service and administrative experience.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience working with confidential information.
A proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
